We know that waiting is difficult. Below find a list of shops and restaurants within a short distance of our clinic to pass the time.
North on Pt. Washington Rd. (turn left out of our building proceed north)
Kohl's Department Store - a family department store with clothing, shoes, housewares, jewelry and home furnishings.
Bayshore Mall - anchored by Boston Store and Sears this mall has shops for everyone. All new Abercrombie & Fitch, Structure, Gap (kids too), Music Store and Bath & Body to name a few. Also a food court, Mexican Restaurant, Barnes and Nobel Books with a Starbucks and Applebees. (Keep walking past Kohl's Department store and you will run into the back of Bayshore Mall.
Kopps Custard - a local landmark updated ice cream shoppe with flavor of the day specialties, huge hamburgers, great sandwiches.
Kinkos - full serve copies and internet stations.
McDonalds, Burger King, Boston Chicken, Cousin's Sub Shop all within walking distance.
East on Silver Spring
If you go east on Silver Spring (two blocks north of clinic at light) you will enter the village of Whitefish Bay (4 blocks) and eventually 10 blocks meet Lake Michigan. There is great shopping on both sides of the road.
Jonathan's Deli - serves bagels, soups, sandwiches, and has the best chili in town.
Les Moies - for the sports enthusiast, bikes, tennis and ski gear. Les Moies is located three blocks east on right side of road.
Starbucks - on the corner of Silver Spring and Santa Monica Blvd.
Heineman's Restaurant - a great breakfast or lunch spot with healthy food.
Sendik's Market/Bruegger's Bagels - gourmet at it's best! Groceries, flowers, liquor, fish market, deli (6 blocks east)
Winkie's - an old time "five and dime" with gifts, candy and toys for kids. Good place to go with children.
